Brad CherryPartner

Brad is involved in all aspects of industrial real estate including investment sales, project leasing, tenant representation and fee development. In Mecklenburg County alone he has completed over 1,300 industrial real estate transactions. Brad has also fee-developed over 1,200,000 square feet of industrial property. Additionally, he has been honored as the top producer in Charlotte by the CRCBR. Prior to founding Keystone Partners, Brad worked for CB Commercial Real Estate Group and Trammell Crow Company. Brad is a graduate of the University of Southern California. Prior to entering the real estate business, he played on the professional tennis tour, including competing in Wimbledon and the U.S. Open.

Mary (Mimi) FisherSenior Property Manager

Mimi has over 20 years of commercial real estate development and management experience. While her experience has primarily been in regional and community retail centers, Mimi’s current focus with Keystone Partners is On-Site Property Management at Greylyn Business Park.

Prior to joining Keystone Partners, Mimi was Assistant Developer with RG Properties in Dayton, Ohio. She has held her real estate license in Georgia, Ohio, North and South Carolina. Mimi is currently completing work on her Certified Property Manager designation.

Mimi is a lifetime member of Girl Scouts, USA and is an active volunteer at the Ballantyne YMCA. She has three children and is a member of St. Matthew’s Catholic Church and School.

Craig GarrisonDirector of Property Management

Craig Garrison is a founding member of Keystone Property Management. With 24 years of successful property and construction management including six years of office leasing experience, Craig has been involved in all aspects of property management. He began his real estate career in Houston, TX working with CPS Management, Inc., Property Commerce, and Lincoln Property Company. At the latter, he was responsible for a portfolio of 32 NationsBank facilities including three low-rise office buildings with 54 third-party tenants totaling 140, 000 SF. In 1998, Craig was promoted within Lincoln Property Company as a Senior Property Manager and relocated to Jacksonville, FL where he facilitated the outsourcing of real estate services by Columbia/HCA on 15 hospital campuses in North & Central Florida totaling 1.3 million SF. In 2001, Craig accepted a position in Charlotte with Lincoln Harris as the Account Director in charge of the real estate services outsourcing by Carolinas HealthCare System. The portfolio encompassed 105 properties which totaled over 1.85 million SF. Craig is well versed in all facets of property management and is an effective and productive leader.

He graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.B.A. in Finance/Real Estate and is a Certified Property Manager(CPM®). Craig is a volunteer coach in various youth sports at the Morrison Family YMCA.

Win KellyVice President

Win specializes in office real estate as a landlord representative and as a tenant representative in the greater Charlotte area. He is a graduate of Davidson College. After graduation, Win spent the summer at the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth for the Business Bridge Program. Win sits on the marketing committee for the CRCBR, and he is a co-president of the Charlotte Chapter for Davidson Young Alumni. He also enjoys participating in triathlons.

Andrew LaingDirector of Project Management

Andrew is a founding member of Keystone Project Services. Through using the knowledge he learned as an owner’s representative and general contractor, Andrew helps clients with their project management and coordination. He has managed projects for prominent companies such as Mergent, Nucor and the Charlotte Business Journal. Andrew thrives on exceeding client expectations.

Andrew graduated from the University of Virginia, and has since attended UC Berkeley, where he received a Certificate in Construction Management. An avid outdoorsman, Andrew is a LEED® Accredited Professional and has a genuine interest in sustainable design and construction.

Chase MonroePartner

Chase specializes in tenant representation, lease restructuring, site selection, acquisition, disposition and consulting for office clients. Prior to founding Keystone Partners, Chase was a vice president with Lincoln Harris, a partner at Spectrum Properties and a bank/office manager at Wachovia. As a partner with Spectrum Properties, Chase directed the operations of the Charlotte leasing and management office, representing over 2,600,000 million square feet of office and industrial space.

In 2005, he was named by the Charlotte Business Journal as one of the city's "Top 40 Influential People Under 40."

Chase is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he was an all-American in lacrosse. He is a Past-President for the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors® and is involved with the Levine's Childrens Hospital. He also enjoys volunteering as a varsity assistant lacrosse coach and a youth lacrosse coach.

Darrell MurrayChief Financial Officer

Darrell is the Chief Financial Officer at Keystone Partners. He brings 22 years of real estate accounting experience to every project. Darrell has a broad range of knowledge, covering all aspects of commercial real estate. His tenure and analytic approach add significant value to Keystone’s clients.

He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Texas Tech University where he received a BBA in Accounting. Darrell is a licensed CPA and licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.

Darrell was a Principal with Trammell Crow Company from 1998 through 2004 where he oversaw client accounting and reporting for numerous institutional customers, as well as corporate accounting activity related to TCC’s operating segments: property management, brokerage, development and construction. He performed due diligence on several acquisition targets and served on the management team responsible for integrating certain acquired businesses. Darrell was selected as CFO on TCC’s corporate services account with Bank of America in 2001. Prior to his 16-year service at Trammell Crow Company, Darrell worked as Senior Accountant at Arthur Anderson & Co.

Darrell is a member of the YMCA, where he serves as head coach for basketball and flag football. In addition, he is involved in the South Park Youth Association as member if its Board of Directors, a head baseball coach, assistant softball coach, and the unofficial field czar.

Pete PittroffPartner

Pete is involved in all aspects of industrial real estate including investment sales, tenant representation and project leasing. Prior to founding Keystone Partners, Pete was a vice president with Trammell Crow Company, an asset manager with Daniel Realty and a leasing agent with Robinson Sigma (now CB Richard Ellis) in Norfolk, Virginia. In 2003, he obtained his SIOR designation, which is given to leaders in commercial real estate and is based on productivity, experience and ethics. Pete is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he was a member of the nationally ranked lacrosse team. He is a volunteer youth lacrosse coach and an active participant in the North Carolina Triathlon Series, which is the largest triathlon series in the United States.

Brent  RoyallSenior Vice President

Brent is a commercial office expert with over eleven years of experience in representing corporate office tenants. While representing office tenant’s is his primary specialty, he also works with clients on investment sales and purchase transactions, development analysis, and lease versus buy analysis. Prior to joining Keystone Partners, Brent was an office tenant broker with both Jones Lang LaSalle (formerly The Staubach Company) and the Charlotte-based Lincoln Harris’ Corporate Services Group. Prior to and during his corporate real estate career, he served his country as a commissioned officer in the United States Army.

Brent holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY and an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Development from The Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He currently serves as chairman of the Board of Directors of the West Point Society of the Carolinas and as a member of the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Heroes Fund – a charity benefiting military families in need of financial assistance. Brent is also a graduate of Leadership North Carolina, a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), and holds the Society of Industrial and Office (SIOR) membership designation.

Brent is married with one child.

Chris SchaafVice President

Chris specializes in assisting firms and corporate users with lease restructures, expansions, relocations, site searches and dispositions on a local, regional and national basis. His daily focus on tenant representation allows him to provide objective evaluations of various buildings/sites, without having an interest in promoting one over another. At Keystone, Chris works closely with Jim Thorp, Chase Monroe and Brent Royall in all aspects of their day-to-day business. Prior to joining Keystone Partners, Chris was an associate at Trammell Crow Company, where he worked with their industrial brokerage team on exclusively representing companies with site searches and lease negotiations.

He graduated from Hampden Sydney College with a B.A. in General Economics and is heavily involved in the school's Young Alumni Club. Chris was a four-year member of the nationally-ranked Varsity Lacrosse team where was a team captain, was selected for the North-South Senior All-Star game and also received All-Conference and All-American accolades.

Chris is married and is a member of the YMCA, while also being actively involved with the Charlotte Lacrosse Club and the CRCBR. He enjoys volunteering for the Morrison Family YMCA in Ballantyne and has also served as the Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Providence Day School.

Rob SpeirVice President

Rob specializes in industrial real estate as a landlord and owner representative and as a tenant and buyer representative in the greater Charlotte area. After graduating from Elon University, he went into sales, holding major account roles with Alltel Communications and Arkansas Best Freight System. Rob is active in the YMCA Community Gifts Campaign, serves on the board as a member of the Coastal Conservation Association Membership Committee, and was a volunteer for the Charlotte Whitewater Park Fund Drive. He also served on the fundraising committee for the Charlotte Arts and Science Council, and was chosen to participate in a leadership class for the Charlotte Region of Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), for which he is a member. Rob is married and has two children.

Jim ThorpPartner

Jim specializes in tenant representation, lease restructuring, site selection, acquisition, disposition and consulting for office clients. Prior to founding Keystone Partners, Jim was a senior vice president with Binswanger CBB, where he assisted clients with lease negotiations and site selections representing over 5,000,000 square feet in Charlotte and throughout the Southeast. In 2003, Jim obtained his SIOR designation, which is given to leaders in commercial real estate and based on productivity, experience and ethics. Jim is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is very active in Christ Episcopal Church and coaches youth basketball.
